Professor

The School of Computational Sciences at Korea Institute for Advanced Study is seeking outstanding faculty candidates for a full-time Professor position in the areas of Computational sciences.
 

The candidates are required to have doctorate degrees in the relevant fields: all areas of Computational Sciences

The initial appointment for the faculty position is from one to three years and is renewable for every up to seven additional years depending on overall research performance. Accommodation may be supported upon request, depending on the availability of vacancies

KIAS Fellow

The School of Computational Sciences at Korea Institute for Advanced Study is seeking outstanding KIAS Fellow candidates in one of the areas of Computational Sciences.

 

The candidates are required to have doctorate degrees in the relevant fields: all areas of Computational Sciences

 

Applicants are expected to have contributed to their research field through remarkable research and to have the potential to bring the research area to a world-leading level. Also, applicants are strongly committed to and capable of successfully conducting innovative research and have the communication skills required for successful international coworking.

 

KIAS Fellows are provided with an annual salary in accordance with KIAS regulations and are covered by Korean national health insurance. Additional benefits include individual research grants and benefit cards. The initial appointment for the KIAS Fellow position is for five years, with the possibility of a one-time renewal of up to two additional years.
