[GS_M_APP] Boundary $C^{1,\alpha}$, $C^{2,\alpha}$ and higher regularity
ABSTRACT
In this talk, we consider boundary $C^{1,\alpha}$, $C^{2,\alpha}$ and higher regularity. The basic idea is perturbation. We do not use the classical technique of flattening the boundary by some transformation. Instead, we obtain the pointwise regularity based a new notion of the smoothness of the boundary. The regularity is new even for the Laplace equation.
