TITLE
C*-algebras associated to homeomorphisms twisted by vector bundles
ABSTRACT
One of the most pleasing aspects of C*-algebra theory is the ability to study various mathematical objects using a C*-algebra toolkit. Well known examples include studying dynamical systems (via the crossed product construction C(X) ⋊α Z), directed graphs-shift of finite type (via Cuntz-Krieger algebras and more general graph C*-algebras), Topological groups (via their group C*-algebras C*(G)), and many more. In this talk, from the point of view of C*-classification programme, we consider C*-algebras O(E) associated to Hilbert bimodules E arising from a minimal dynamical system (X,f) of a compact metric space X twisted by a vector bundle and show that O(E) are all classifiable.
