- "Sejong Bookstore" (Ext. 3947) is located on the 3rd floor of the Union building.
- There is a copy center (Ext. 3946) on the 3rd floor of the Union building. You may purchase a copy card, which also can be used in the KIAS library copy room.
- The convenience store is on the 3rd floor of the Union building where you can purchase basic items such as snacks, soft drinks, phone cards, cigarettes, toiletries and other hygiene products, along with a selection of processed food.
- The post office is located on the 3rd floor of the Union building.
- In the basement of the KIAS building 1, there is a fitness center with shower rooms and lockers. All KIAS members and visitors are welcome to use these facilities.
- A branch office of Woori Bank is located on the 3rd floor of the Union building. General banking services are available through ATMs from 08:00-22:00. A bank teller is only present during the following hours:

- Korean currency is called "won". Bills come in four varieties, 1,000 won, 5,000 won, 10,000 won, and 50,000 won, while coins start from 10 won. Many local ATM machines accept only domestic credit cards and bank cards. Please keep this in mind when deciding how much currency you want to buy at Incheon International Airport upon arrival. You may exchange currency at any branch office of major banks in the city. However, be reminded that not all branches can be expected to buy rarer foreign currencies. The nearest branch office belongs to Woori bank and is located near KyungHee University.
