| ABSTRACT | In this journal club, I will discuss the edge modes which appears in the fractional quantum Hall states. I begin with the review of U(1) Chern-Simons theory to describe the edge modes. Then, I will also discuss the edge mode in 3D Chern-Simons gravity. |
