|TITLE||Black hole thermodynamics and quamsilocal formulation|
I will firstly explain the gravitational mass formula of black hole spacetime and introduce the black hole thermodynamics such as the four laws of black hole mechanics, Bekenstein-Hawking entropy, and Hawking radiation, those are established around 1975. Since then there were several developments on black hole thermodynamics in string theory i.e. the microscopic state counting of black hole entropy by Strominger and Vafa in 1996 and more recently holographic entanglement entropy by Ryu and Takanayagi in 2006. I will briefly discuss about those arguments. Then I will introduce the quasilocal formulation and explain how the black hole thermodynamics are modified in a quasilocal frame.
