KIAS Scholar / School of Computational Sciences
Hyunchul Nha¡¯s main research focuses on the foundations of quantum physics while it also pursues realizable/testable applications in quantum optics. In particular, his research works contribute to the burgeoning field of quantum information science, specifically the characterization of continuous-variable quantum informatics beyond Gaussian regime. The non-Gaussian quantum statistics that has been less explored so far may open new possibilities both fundamental and practical, for which H. Nha recently developed a formalism to address non-Gaussian quantum correlation efficiently.
